Documents required from all auto-finance applicants:

• Copy of valid ID.
• Copy of recent utility bill (issued within the last 3 months).
• Copy of car license for clients who have not previously obtained credit facilities (applicable to businesspeople, doctors, clinic owners, pharmacists, and pharmacy owners).

Employees:

• A copy of any of the following documents as proof of employment: copy of medical insurance card, staff ID card, letter of employment, salary slip, salary breakup letter or bank account statement.
• In case the client is uninsured, ALJF will conduct a workplace investigation.

Businesspeople:

• Copy of recent commercial register (issued within the last 3 months).
• Copy of recent electronic tax card (manual tax card is not accepted).

Doctors, clinic owners, pharmacists, and pharmacy owners:

Clinic owners:

• Copy of syndicate card.
• Copy of recent electronic tax card (manual tax card is not accepted).
• Copy of professional practice license.
• Copy of establishment license.

Pharmacy owners:

• Copy of syndicate card.
• Copy of recent electronic tax card (manual tax card is not accepted).
• Copy of professional practice license.
• Copy of recent commercial register (issued within the last 3 months).

The company may conduct a field investigation (at home or at work) for auto-finance applicants.
